      I got WC with Biberk in Oct 2021 by Dec I got GL and umbrella with them. So I have been asking for three COI for three projects and they been saying it will be 24 to 48 hr since Dec 28 and every 48 hr I call to ask why I cant see it in my email and they go again and say it was send to the wrong department but I just send it and it will be 24 to 48. We are in Jan 6 10pm and still no COI. I finish a project and cant get paid cause they have no COI. I'm losing money with the other GC cause I cant get the project they have for me cause the COI is not send. And if By the last wk of Jan I still don't have them send I will lose a even bigger project. Ask for a supervisor to escalate and the supervisor told the rep someone will contact me. She ask when on her email and they said when they can. The rep was even embarrase of the respond. Thats not how you treat a customer that is paying for there service. Almost $******* a month Or more.

      I've been trying to get biBERK to correct issues caused by the company since 12/16/2021. I've lost an opportunity due to the lack of effort to correct by biBERK. I've been dealing directly with an agent via email and phone with no sucess. You cannot reach anyone via the phone # provided on the company website. Leaving a message to receive a call back is a joke. They hang up on you once you began the conversation. I'm attempting to start a business, and this is unacceptable. Just on Monday (1-3-2022) I finally got a call back and ask to speak with a manager. I started calling again today (1-5-2022) just to have to leave message, get hung up on and stayed on hold for 23 minutes with no one ever answering. They have bee sure to take my down payment and bill for the 1st month but will not help correct any issues. I stressed to Amy on Monday that I needed these corrected ASAP because I'm now having to work on getting another contract. I would like for my word to mean something and at this point it isn't. I have emails documenting exactly what I needed changed and it still hasn't been done. I'm not even able to pull the COI for business insurance. It directs me to call but the is also a big JOKE. At this point I would like a refund so I could get our insurance through a company that actually wants the business.

      A request was made over the telephone two weeks ago regards to the Worker's comp policy ********** to provide waiver of subrogation document to ******* County Board of Commissioners, ******* County Supervisors and I was told the document would be sent to my email in two business days. It has been two weeks and nothing has been received. Now I am at the risk of losing the contract due to non-responsiveness from Biberk. I have called but placed on forever holding queue with no one calling back. I need this resolved NOW

      I purchased a workman's compensation from biBerk on 11/29 and was charged for the policy. The policy is incorrect and it needs to be modified. After 5 attempts to reach customer service I have not been able to get them to respond in any form.

Recap - I attempted to purchase a individual workman's comp policy from BiBerk on 11/29. I was charged and when I recieved the policy it was incorrect and of no use to me. It took until 12/13 to get a response from BiBerk after serveral hours on hold and multiple attempts to reach them. BiBerk agreed to cancel the policy however now the are charging me the pro-rated time from 11/29- 12/13 for the time the policy was active. (active due to BiBerk's inability to respond and now they are sending me audit paperwork since I cancelled the policy) Biberk has been a collossal headache and waste of my time. ($** was the prorated policy fee from the initiation date to the date I was finally get them to respond to try and amend and ultimately cancel)Should I have to pay for their own internal disjunction and short staff situation? I paid the $** because I didn't want to deal with the headache. They essentially extorted $** dollars from me. I will never recommend or do business with BiBerk in my lifetime.

      I have a BOP policy with BiBerk and need to cancel this policy. I have called the number they provided on their website NUMEROUS (0ver 10) times to cancel, (**************) and it is a COMPLETE silence, after 5 minutes of holding it hangs up on you. There is NO WAY to cancel through email or leaving a voicemail. I called the main line, waited for hours and was hung up on. This company is making it impossible to cancel their policy. I cannot reach anyone to help me cancel my policy. Policy No. ********** I would like to handle this cancellation directly with BiBerk, but if they are making it difficult for me, i will cancel the auto-draft with my bank. I have documented all the emails I have sent and also all the times I've called with no avail. PLEASE CANCEL MY POLICY EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY 12/02/2021.

      If I could give this company ZERO STARS, I would. I am a customer, and have been for a while now. However, the company increased our premium by $*** within 1 year, with no NOTICE, OR EXPLANATION. In addition, they went into our account 3 weeks prior to the renewal date, WITH NO NOTICE, OR EXPLANATION. After we called to ask why, 2 customer service reps hung up. When we asked to speak with a supervisor, we were told that one would call us back before 6pm, on Nov 12, 2021. Prior to closing time, we called and the customer service rep, Crystal/Christine answered the phone. She was *******************, ********, ELEVATED HER VOICE WHILE SPEAKING TO US, AND WHEN WE ASKED FOR CORPORATE'S NUMBER, SHE TOLD US TO ****** IT, AND HUNG UP. We called Monday Nov 14, 2021. Although the rep was very nice and helpful. She informed us that she was escalating the request and that a supervisor would call us back in reference to filing a complaint against the rep. To date, NO ONE HAS RETURNED OUR CALL!!! Lastly, when we asked her about the increase, she stated that it was due to the state we lived in. What kind of explanation is that, when we have never filed any claims? In addition, no explanation was given in reference to going into our bank account 3 weeks ahead of time and withdrawing a payment. The company we are referring to is Bi Berk Insurance Company, located at **********, ********, ********.

In addition, when questioned about it, they will make up a story because they do not have a policy that covers that. My husband and I requested to speak with a supervisor about the situation, and to date no one has contacted us from their office. This company gets over on small businesses like ours. Finally, they increased our policy by $*** with no explanation, or claims filed by us. We are completely dissatisfied! If they continue to refuse to call me, or settle this matter, I will file a ****** review. To date, it appears that they have not dealt with the ******** clerk; Crystal either. This company knows nothing about common decency, professionalism, or promoting good customer service. I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE TREATMENT I'VE BEEN RECEIVING.       Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all cost. We signed with them a new policy and worker compensation about 2 months ago. The moment they got our money they disappeared: Their representatives, who took hours to reach, knew nothing about our policy and all they could do is to take massages and read to us whatever they saw on the screen. Not helping at all. Any simple request we had was answered by 'We can't do it right now; a rep will call you shortly...'. They never did. We could never speak with their underwriters nor with anyone who could actually do something. Apparently, the agent who was initially so eager to sign us up and took our money, did not communicate properly with their underwriters, did not share with them the information that we provided, causing, after 2 months, to the cancellation of the insurance. Up to this moment, we do not know what was the base of their decision to cancel our policy. We find it impossible to get a new WC elsewhere. The damage they cause us is high. We lost hundreds of thousands $$$ in projects and contracts.

      Warren ******* has been offered ** Dollar s he claims I owe him numerous times via phone and internet. He claims my credit my credit card won't go thru. ***************************************************************************************************** I've tried to pay him this numerous times and he keeps deny payment and sends me bills. ******************************************************************************************************* He shall not send me bills for ** Dollar s and harrasment must stop. I've tried numerous times in the past months to pay. Therefore adjust all bills to zero and delete me from biberk computer immediately
