  Owes me somewhere around 2000 dollars and has told me he would pay for about two years now. I gave him equipment when I sold my lawn care company. He has agreed to meet with me and stood me up a few times.

  I agreed to him and he has said 1000 dollars and it was 2 years ago now he is just saying something! I also told him to send his request that he inquired on anf has not done so

  I strive to support local businesses. So when I built a house in Gretna, I sought out Top Notch Lawn Care to mow my lawn and do basic lawn care. They mowed the lawn once and informed me Saturday would be my normal mowing day because that was in my area. That wasn’t optimal, but I agreed so I could get my lawn on a regular mowing schedule. I requested the owner Cody arrive for the job early afternoon Saturday and he agreed via text. At 2:26 p.m. that day, I told him I had some errands to run but still wanted to meet him for the first time and walk him through an area with new sod and just the basic layout. He said he would make it that day. At 4:11, he said there were still four lawns in front of me and they would now be there at 6 or 7. He said if that didn’t work, he would do it first thing tomorrow. Neither really worked, but I asked him if noon tomorrow worked and got no response. I was concerned, so I messaged again to just get him over there that day and get it over with. The lawn was dry and it needed water. At 6:04, he sent an ‘employee,’ whom I found out was actually a subcontractor, over at 8:30 p.m. 20 minutes before it got dark. The grass was mowed in the dark and on an insanely low setting for brand-new sod, which I had told him it was. There were clumps everywhere that I had to rake up by hand that filled a full garbage can. The lawn was destroyed and mowed down to scorched earth essentially. When I informed Cody, he just went off in a crazed, strange manner blaming me and his ‘employee,’ whom I found out he owes $8000 in back pay. I showed him the work was horrific and he asked me to apologize to him before he came and cleaned it up. When I refused as a customer who simply agreed to his own timeframe that he couldn’t live up to, he went unhinged with endless legal threats of slander, making personal threats about my girlfriend, and just crazy behavior. Be very careful if you hire Top Notch - I learned the hard way and it was a miserable experience.

  For one your a liar i have text messages to prove it 2 i dont owe anyone 8000 dollars its hear say i have texts backing that too!!! Why dont you go on and say how your trying to scam out of 50 dollars on venmo which i can prove that service was done you paid and complimented then you wanted to go back and say service was not done!!! Also why dont you state how you claim all the slander you have done!!! O and how you say we scortched your lawn when that was never the case show results!! And proof that we my company did it cause again i have messages of you saying i was not there and it was a sub there for was not me!!! Thanks
