    I have purchased two new vehicles at H & H Chevrolet this year and I have found them to be fair and straightforward to work with. From management, to Kyle, my salesperson, to the people in the finance department, to the service department. High marks in all areas! They have been friendly, professional and very responsive.

    I recently went in to get a Mother’s Day gift of a new car for my wife as it was time to trade the old on in. I worked with a young man who helped us select a Chevrolet Equinox and we worked on numbers and a value for a trade. They quoted $2300 for our 2014 Dodge Journey. I said that was low and they “pulled all the strings” to bump it to $5,000. Well they put $500 more in value on the trade but remove the. $2,000 down payment from the loan figures to keep it high to make more money off of my business. I did not buy. I found a year older 2013 Dodge Journey with 10,000 more miles and 2 accidents listed for $9,000.00. This was for sale on their own website at the Kia dealership. I was followed up sales person who was looking to buy. I pointed out the 2013 Dodge Journey they had for sale for $7,000 over the original trade in offer. They decided to give me a sales sheet for the same car I was trading in. I could get the same car that I drove in with 10000 more miles, 2 accidents and a year older for $168 a month for 48 months. I pointed this out to the sales person, his manager and his supervisor. They all stood behind the deal and said it was fair and did not see anything wrong with it. If they are to dumb to see what everyone else can, don’t trust them at all.

    I just recently purchased a 2024 Trax from Brad R**** at H@H Chevrolet. Brad was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Their price was lower then other Chevy dealers I had visited. They were very fair in what they gave me for our Chey Cruz that we traded in. I have not been able to make a deal in past years, but it seems like their is a different attitude there now. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car. Jerry Newville, Pa.

    I took my 2019 Silverado Trail Boss in to have them look at the Audio and figure out why it was not working. Josh E******* was the service rep. He advised that I could be charged for audio repairs unless I had an extended warranty. I found out that I had the Platinum Extended Warranty & it covered audio. I made an appointment & took it in. They said they fixed the issue with a simple update, & it was going to cost me $214. When I asked why I had to pay, Josh said that Audio is not covered after 3 years & 36K miles. It was like he forgot I had Platinum Warranty. So, I reminded him, & he said it's still not covered. I asked to speak to his manager & after arguing with me, he finally sent me to his voicemail. While waiting for the manager to return my call, I contacted my warranty company to ask why this was not covered. The gentlemen I spoke to said that its absolutely covered and that no one has called to file a claim for any Audio issues against my warranty. I called the manager at H&H again to inform him of this & eventually, he called back. I asked why Josh told me it wasn't covered, and I would have to pay. He said that their service reps deal with a lot of warranty companies and Josh assumed that my warranty company would not cover the charges & did not even call them to find out. Instead, he tried to charge me $214. Eventually, the manager was able to get it covered through my warranty & I came to pick up the truck. Guess what - the Audio still did not work. I had to take it back the next day for them to try again. Long story short, the service I received from Josh was poor & very unprofessional. He acted like he knew everything - a bit overconfident, which led to trying to charge me for something I should not have been charged. How many other people has he scammed like this? How many took his word for it and paid? Seems very illegal to me - almost like some kind of way to cheat customers out of money. I will never go back to H&H for any reason.
