    I would provide this company a negative rating after today. When I spoke with the owner he seemed like a great gentleman that was willing to help me attempt to get my landlord to finally fix the damaged concrete that was already supposed to be replaced but wasn't. I have bugs coming into my house from the large cracks since it started getting cold outside. When I spoke with the owner and scheduled the appointment. I stressed to him I had to leave by a certain time and I couldn't stick around. I had to go pick my daughter up from school and was already going to be a few minutes later then normal after working from home to accommodate. He actually pulled into my driveway as I was leaving. He then called me and accused me of yelling at him while on the phone (I had him on speaker phone and was driving with the radio on). He was yelling at me that it's my fault he was late and I had to leave. I did disconnect the call on him as I was trying to drive and sick of the disrespect. The owner then called and lied to my landlord about what happened. The owner of this company is still sending a bill to my landlord for showing up late and doing nothing. My landlord is now trying to force me to pay the invoice because their contractor was late and didn't call to reschedule since they weren't going to make it on time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Also it doesn't make sense to send out a pest control company before you fix the large cracks where the bugs are coming in from.

    Hi Jan, I’m sorry that you had a negative experience with us. I did explain to you I would be there between 1p and 3p, and I arrived at 2:45. I did say I would do my best to arrive early as you had to pick up your kids. As some days go I wasn’t able to arrive on the front side of predetermined time block. I tried to call you and offer some options how to deal with the issues as you had to leave. You yelled at me for a few minutes then hung up when I tried to give you those options. We are contracted through the management company, and they are our client, not everyone of the house they manage. I believe you should reach out to them and explain your concerns instead of taking to the BBB and google reviews for our company, as we are clients of the management company, not you unfortunately.
