Last fall I was looking at bushes, deciding what we would get in the spring to plant before my daughter’s graduation this year. A sales person asked if I wanted them while I was looking and I said no and that I thought it was too late in the year to plant them. We talked for over an hour and even brought my wife in to the conversation because she too was nervous. He assured me it wasn’t too late and they would do fine through the winter. 90 percent of them did not make it. I called about 20 times this spring and left messages to call me to discuss, but no one could be bothered to return a phone call. Today we drove to the store and talked the guy that sold me the bushes. He claimed to not remember the hour long discussion along with the hour of helping me load stuff over about 5 separate trips back and forth to my house. He proceeds to tell me that if I bought a bulk amount of plants he would have discounted them. And that because he discounted them they don’t have any warranty. I don’t buy anything without a warranty. Anyone who’s knows me or has ever tried to sell me knows this is true. I am an old man like that. So now I have about forty big dead bushes to replace and am out about $4000. This place is shady. If you aren’t a contractor.
