  I had a kitchen sink that had low water pressure after switching the lines. I am new to plumbing, so I didn't realize that I should've taken the head off of the faucet hose to spray out the minimal debris. They told me it was a $40 service call to come out to inspect it and if I wanted them to do the work, they would apply that $40 to the bill. While Craig was inspecting it, he unscrewed the head and sprayed it out during the inspection. Ended up being the issue - in and out of my house, including talking at max five minutes. He charged me $255 for a "faucet repair" and said if he wanted to, he could have charged me $500 for a "complete faucet repair". After gaining my composure, I highly recommend NOT to use this company. After contacting Brendon, "Director of Customer Care", I asked him if he was okay with charging a customer that could've been a repeated customer in the future, while referring his friends and family to them, if he thought that was okay to charge a customer that ridiculous amount of money (with no parts needed, tech didn't even have to check the lines, or go back to his van for tools). Keep in mind, the tech never talked about prices during the inspection. I was pressured into signing the "estimate" after the work was done. The tech also smelled like weed, which that does not bother me, but was a red flag. My wife and I have a lot of connections in Omaha, we will continue to spread our very poor experience with Plumbrite LLC unless it is made right. Not only that, but Craig, the tech was harassing me through text messages, but realized what he was doing was wrong, he edited the texts.

  Scheduling is very easy and when I request something specific. The Damion and Logan were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was needed and my options. They were very polite. Have recommended to family and friends.

  I have been using Plumbrite for a couple of years now, and they never disappoint. Their communication is outstanding, and the technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable. They provide me with all the information I need to make a good decision for my home and family. I highly recommend this company.

  There is no doubt in my mind that after 20 years they know what they are doing, however their customer service is terrible. The guys that work in their shop are horrible. Cursed out our drivers on multiple occasions, one threatened my driver, when I spoke with one lady in the office, she could not carry one sentence with me without being rude and obnoxious. A normal conversation is not something they are intelligent enough to do. I would not recommend this company even if it were the last plumbing company in the world. The world is not that terrible you have to wake up each day and be rude and obnoxious. Its gross to even carry a business in this manor.

  I have Had so many problems from things that were supposed to be done and it was delayed to the women at the front desk lying to me I have proof of that and then now I’ve had a leaky toilet they scheduled it for Friday I’ve been April 5, 2024, and they canceled on me at 4 o’clock. This is a leaky toilet and scheduled it for Tuesday and now all of a sudden they were telling me someone was coming out. They are early so I confirmed it even though I missed their phone call well there’s not here and it’s been an hour since I talked to them about confirming my appointment! I’m just very disappointed in this company, don’t get me wrong though the plumbers that come out or any of them they’re very nice women and seem to have problems and lie! I would like to speak to management someone higher up than the person I spoke to stating she was management

  Reviews like your definitely help us reflect on things our company can do to improve the quality of our customer service, so thank you for leaving your input! After reviewing your job, I do see that you were rescheduled from Friday to Tuesday, after confirmation from you that Tuesday would work. When we had an available technician Tuesday morning, we gave you a courtesy call letting you know he was ready to head your way, but unfortunately cannot send out a technician without confirmation that someone is at the residence. Upon receiving no response via text or call, we did leave a second voicemail stating we would be moving you to next up and asked you to call back to let us know if that would work for you, and at this point sent our technician to his next call. We did receive your text confirmation, but this was after our voicemail stating you would be moved to the next call. Once we received your phone call letting us know you were ready, we sent out our technician as soon as he was available. Our management staff will be happy to give you a call to clear up any confusion that may have led to your frustration, and we hope that we can resolve this issue promptly.

  This was the most horrible experience! We paid after hours to come after 530p on Thursday night. Logan does not know what he's doing. He said he'd take care of us and we didn't hear back from him Friday, Saturday or Sunday. On Monday we received a text that they would arrive at the home between 8a - 9a. They didn't come so we called and they told us Logan would be calling to give us our options. I called the office to complain and she apologized and said she would call me back within 10 minutes. A few hours later she called and said they would get us taken care of. Logan called and gave us a 4000 quote - over twice what it cost to have the same job done last year. it was a difficult job and it was above Logan's skill level and he just didn't want to do the job. Aksarben is coming out today, thank God - 6 days with no hot water. Thank you, Plumbrite and Logan, for leaving us high and dry! Logan told us we are customers he looks forward to helping and he would put a gold star by our name for being so nice. Maybe we were too nice! Skip over this one and call the next company, folks! You will thank me!
