Do not hire this business. Brent came out to fix a sensor on my hot tub. I paid him for service and parts that he supposedly ordered. He said he would be back in a few days when the part arrived to complete the job. He found the time to cash the check ASAP, but somehow couldn’t find the time to return and complete the job. He exchanged a few texts saying that he would be delayed due to other jobs, and he eventually quit responding to my messages. Based off of other reviews, this is his MO. He will lie to your face, take your money, and disappear. He is a straight up crook.

We had a leak in our hot tub "repaired" by the Dealer, but it still leaked. No one else we called wanted to work on it because they said they weren't a Dealer. AquaDoc came and worked on it ($100/HR), but his repair did not fix the leak. I then discovered another part, near the "repair," was now broken. Brent came back and replaced the broken part (I supplied the part) at $100/HR, but still didn't fix the original leak. Since then (about a month), he doesn't return my calls or answer my texts. I don't recommend AquaDoc.

Do not hire this company to do anything and especially do not give them any money upfront. ********************************************************* Told me some doctors were getting million dollar pools, and my wife knew them so she asked and they had no clue what he was talking about. Ripped us off of almost 2,000. They have been featured on **** and **** now for ripping multiple people off. I'm not even sure how the state of Nebraska can grant them a business license. *******************************************

I totally understand your concerns & can only imagine your the thoughts after seeing a story like that.
I emphasis the word story, because everyone knows there are 2 sides to every story or in this case 4. Theirs, ours, social media and the truth.
After receiving your email it shows the one sidedness of today's society and doesn't leave a company with a leg to stand on. I would like anyone who has reached out to Aqua Doc to take a step back and give us a chance to prove that everything you hear ain't always as it seems.
As I said earlier I understand your thoughts and your decision, but I would also like to say thank you for reaching out to us and letting us know how you felt.
    Thank you
