Was told we would get a discount if we left a review. Unfortunately the scam artists these people are is gross. The photographer constantly talking about the cheerleader girl in the other room was simply weird. The bullish tactics they use to say you WON A SPREAD OR PICTURES IS A LIE. They tell you it's optional and make you sign a bunch of papers with the finest of prints. 100 percent scam and they are rude as ever. Read the reviews on Google and Facebook. The honest ones are there.

    To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in response to the review from Will McDonald: On March 31,2022 Mr. McDonald’s son Payton was photographed to be a part of a newspaper acknowledgment our studio was doing in the local newspaper to recognize athletes from each school. We schedule for a parent and the student came to the studio prior to the photo session to get all the details. It is explained the pictures would be taken with the option to purchase portraits for personal purposes, but not a requirement to be recognized in the newspaper. Prior to the portrait session, Payton’s mother who was present and an appointment was scheduled to review the pictures. We want the family to be prepared so a price list is given in the event they should choose to order pictures. It is also explained, and paperwork is initialed, that whoever would like to have an opportunity to order pictures should be present at that viewing. On April 8, 2022 Mr. McDonald came to the viewing appointment and chose a package. He also paid $50 towards his package with a promise to pay 2 different payments to reach half of his package by June 8, 2022. (the balance to be paid upon pick up). After failure to make the promise to pay payments, a letter was sent as a reminder. There was no response, so a second letter was sent. On December 15, 2022 our studio phoned Mr. McDonald in an effort to settle the payment necessary to send his sons yearbook to the school. We explained this payment was needed to release the picture and he agreed he would call back the next morning to make his payment. He did not call the studio with his payment. On March 29, 2023, a final notice was sent explaining if payment was not received, the account would be submitted to a collection agency. Since there was no response the account was turned over to collections on June 12, 2023. After the collection agency contacted Mr. McDonald, we received a phone call on June 22, 2023. He had questions regarding the advertisement, we explained what date the showcase was in the newspaper. We advised him to contact the newspaper to see if there were any additional copies.  Indecently, a letter was sent prior to insure they could go get a paper as a keepsake. He went on to say he was under the assumption we would just keep the $50 he paid, and he was no longer responsible for the order and could no longer afford. Our staff member explained the order is ready and awaiting his payment. He cursed at her and made threats to smear our name and ultimately hung up on her. We have made every effort to avoid sending the account to collections. We remain at Mr. McDonalds disposal when he is able to pick up his pictures.

    Sincerely,
