The services provided by Brandon B***** was absolutely horrible and very unprofessional I was handled with prejudice and disrespect my entire time dealing with him My worst experience ever dealing with a realtor Then he plugged up industrial heaters and left them unattended, trying to burn my property down.. His communication skills are very disturbing.. He showed frustration through out the whole process He is a incompetent bully Who struggled to do his job the entire time Promising top dollar Only for us to end up owing the bank at the end of sale … he also created a false statement to the court that was thrown out This guy is Garbage

The subject property was being sold incident to divorce proceedings between the two owners.  Pursuant to a court order, the property was to be listed for sale once the sellers vacated the property and the home had been cleaned and prepared for sale.  When the complainant moved out of the property in November, she cancelled the MUD service (water & gas) at the property.  Due to below-freezing temperatures outside, the temperature in the home dropped to 44 degrees leaving the property at risk of pipes freezing. The agent notified both sellers of this concern and the other seller elected to install temporary heaters in the home until MUD utilities were restored. It was not the agent’s decision to install heaters in the home nor did the agent install the heaters.

Before the sellers accepted a written offer for the sale of their home, they were both provided, and signed, a seller’s estimated proceeds sheet that outlined all costs associated with the sale of the home and projected the net proceeds the sellers would receive. In keeping with standard practice, this estimated proceeds sheet was prepared on the assumption that the sellers would pay all mortgage payments, as due, prior to closing. Because the sellers did not make all of their mortgage payments as they became due, the bank imposed additional penalties and fees on the sellers’ mortgage, all of which had to be paid at closing. As such, the sellers received less than had been anticipated in the estimated proceeds sheet. In fact, in order to prevent the sellers from needing to bring additional funds to closing to release the mortgage, the agent voluntarily reduced his own commission.

The agent actively communicated with both sellers throughout the process. Both sellers were provided, and signed, all necessary disclosures and documentation required by Nebraska law. The agent did not testify in writing or in person during any court proceedings involving the sellers.
