    Multiple team members, superintendents and installers all stated there is no leak and the roof was properly installed. One of our superintendents witness the homeowner force water directly into his vents in order to force the matter to ensure water did in fact get into the house. We as a company took an additional step to seal all vents so that the homeowner would not continue this inappropriate behavior and create his own leak.

    I contracted with Davis and Reed homes to replace my roof back in Sept of 2023, giving them a down payment of $7,500.00. Since that time it seems I was put on ignore, no date on the install, months passed then with little word from them except for we are finishing other roofs and then will get to yours. Finally July 2024 rolls around and we end up cancelling the contract. I had run into financial problems and the site they use wouldn’t finance me the rest of the cost. We agreed on a refund of my initial down payment of $7,500.00 and was initially promised the first part of Aug 2024, then it became end of Aug, now we are at mid Sept and still no refund.. Please assist me. Thank you. ******* *******

    I have spoken to the company and we have come to an equitable solution.  The complaint can be closed.
