      I was able to move out of both storage units that I was renting. When I left, I left a brand new set of red beautiful dishes, some retro Christmas ornaments, some things that I can't remember, and most importantly, tons of DVD's that are keepsakes for my family and I being that for over 12 years we've experienced some really horrible hardships. To this day we talk about the movies. So I was really looking forward to watching them with my family. I saw that my items that I'd left the night before were gone! Thinking to myself "this has Dino's written all over it" I immediately drove back up to the storage office and asked Diane what happened to my things. "They came in this morning and cleaned it out" "Who cleaned it out? I asked. "They came in and cleaned it out" She repeated. "But it's not cleaned out because they didn't sweep it out" In the contract when a tenant moves out of a unit, the tenant themselves have to sweep out the unit. I stated again "But they didn't clean it out because it's not swept out they just took my things! Then Diane says "They cleaned it out because they saw that you didn't have a lock on it" So now I'm thinking to myself " I shouldn't feel like I need to lock up a few items in my storage unit for fear of the storage company themselves taking my things. Some guy was in there with her. It could have been her husband as he works for Dino's as well. He puts in his 2 cents... "the contract says that you have to have a lock on it at all times...anybody could have taken it" Nobody is going to take anything because we all know about the cameras that are everywhere I tell him. "What unit number are you in he asks. I was so upset I just walked out. I called the police and made a police report. According to the police she completely changed her story and told them that there was nothing left behind whatsoever. SMH.

      I was over charged $214.00 a month ago and been put on the run around day after day about Dino's returning my money. Oddly they admitted to have made a mistake taking the money out of my account and Couldn't even apologize and blamed other entities on how difficult it would be to pay it back. I have made many calls requesting my money back and was told it was mailed to my current address and then several days later to my old address. It never was...I have spoken to the new owner of my house and he haven't received anything from Dino's storage...when I told them that it seems everyday there was a new story for getting my money back. For such a reputable company the management is poor. So today I moved everything out of my storage and ironically while I was on the 3rd floor getting my things out I received a phone call from them telling me to come down to the front desk and pick up my check...odd? Then they said just because I moved out today they will still charge me for another month because I did send a my move out letter 10 days is advance....I don't recommend this poorly run company to anyone.

      Do not want to rent from these people they just double what I owe them and then put my stuff up for auction and told me to go there and try to get it back.

      Having terrible time getting my deposit back . I was told that since it was close to days end it probably wouldn't be back on card tell tomorrow or the next at most . 16 days later I still have not received my 100$ deposit

      I am really frustrated with the way things weren’t explained to me. I spoke with Alex who handled the entirety of the process and he knew I really only needed storage for two weeks as the house I was moving into was not ready when it was supposed to be. I paid 1 whole month anyways because it was explained to me that was the terms of the agreement and assured him that everything would be out on the 1st by 9am as this was another unexpected expense and I would be having a baby in two weeks so moving twice and spending the extra money was rough. He assured me to make sure that I fill out the form 10 days before I was going to have storage emptied because that is their policy. I filled out the form online and sent an email to him a few days later because I didn’t get a follow up email stating they received when I was leaving. As a family owned business, and from how kind and understanding he was from the moment I signed up and willing to get me in, it should have been explained that because I stated I would have the storage cleaned out 9 hours into the 1st day of the month that I would be charged for another entire month so that I could plan funds according. That storage was empty when I said it was going to be and if Alex was so honest I would have made sure the storage was emptied on the last day of the month literally 9 hours before I said it would be. Now he is having his office assistant call me stating that I owe a past due balance and not even she wanted to make the phone call and completely understands where I am coming from. I have never rented a storage before it was my first time and I just want to make sure that anyone else who is a first timer understands the whole process. Alex is giving absolutely no grace and it’s such a shame. I will be writing reviews on all entities so others understand and something as shady as this doesn’t happen to them.

      Been renting a u it for several years and have had many problems from being unable to access my unit to being harassed and spammed via email. I have seen several managers come and go through this location. I have had one of them literally stalk me whenever I was there. I hve been locked out on numerous occasions for every reason from their inability to run the business smoothly to being late, (which is fine). But more ofte. Than. It it’s been because of something on their end. I do not recommended this place
