    My vehicle was towed out of my apartment complex parking lot by Rapid Response towing without issuing me a 24 hour notice of the infraction and that's illegal. Management office is closed until Monday and they don't open until 10am and they are trying to make me pay to get it out. I have attached a copy of a notice that is supposed to be put on a vehicle 24 hours before it gets towed, which ****** the owner failed to do in this case.

    Odd how **** * ****** ***** ** ***** is the ***** Police Impound lot, this business uses fake DOT expired, practices illegal tows, does not follow ******** Law on return of car, does not practice ethical business practices, does not practice law of notice, and does not follow any tow business law of reasonable fees, breaking the law, and getting away with it! One, never sent me a notice where I can get my car, never sent me a address where to pick up, refused to let me pick up my car, and each time stated closed, the address was never given to me, and frankly I believe the sticker of 24 hours was placed on car, the day he took it. Jordan* ** ***** *** should be stopped from towing in ******** and ****, period, he **** *** ******** ** tow your car with no signage on his trucks and no current DOT, other Tow truck drivers be aware of this ******* tow business! As well, ripping off the decent people of ******** and the decent tow companies!

    On April 15th 2023 at 9:28pm Jordan ******** and his company rapid response towing, knocked at my girlfriends house stating my car was “impeding” traffic and that the complex had “6” complaints, and neither of these were true, I told him I would move my vehicle. I shut the door and he decided to hook my vehicle and refused to drop my car unless I paid CASH, for the car that was not 100% hooked and Ready for towing, * ***** * ******* ******* ***** *** *** ****** ******* ** **** *** *********** I am demanding a refund of ***$ due to the content of this towing was illegal and uncalled For.

    rapid response towed my car on 7/30 from a private parking lot. They claim my car has unregistered tags and that they gave 24 hours notice. Both are false claims. They then extorted $*** from me before they released my car

What was the address from which vehicle was towed? Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/07/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) *********************, *************, ***************, June 30th Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/08/15) */ The tow performed was a legal tow. The consumer was upset he had to pay. We will not be issuing a refund as again, this was a legal tow.
