Was given a mailbox key when I moved in. There was no number 17 mailbox. Called & went to the office several times As I could not get my bills or new mail to go get a new driver's license. I had to file a complaint with the post office before I got the # which was 9 and it took two weeks. after moving in. was sent an email saying there was a billing misscalculation and for the next 4 mo. The whole community was to be charged more. Having just moved in, I felt it unfair. Sent an email and got no reply. Also I felt that since I signed a lease, they could not just raise my mo. rent $ and not give me a reason why or explain it either. I have paid the first 3 months.I don't know what my real rent $ is at this point. I'm trying to figure that out for budgeting. this month (Aug) i may be late due to car issues and having a higher rent due. I will now have be forced to pay them late fees on top of the extra rent. I had a sink issue filled out a mntnce request form On june 26th. No1 showed up to fix it I had to call and call and say, why isn't someone coming to fix this for me. I was told someone would be here the next morning. When I got home, no one had been here. I went to look. They had closed out the mntnce request form due to the fact that they did not have a dup key to get into my apt. I had to fill out another mtnce request form, take a day off of work to be here to let them in! I waited until three p m and no one showed up.I then called to make sure someone was actually coming Since I had taken the day off work. I was asked for bowls to catch all the disgusting stuff coming out of the drain that they had the snake. They sent out an email asking us to move our cars out of the parking lot from 8 to 5 p m. I was sent a second email during the day. Thanking. Everyone for moving their cars. But when I got home at 7:30 pm nothing had been done & The people painting the lot showed up at 8 pm & started painting next to people's cars. A simple email response goes a long way
