Over the past 2 weeks (10/2/24-10/8/24). I have received 3 flyers from Home ****** that have a picture of our house on the flyer. I checked in my community and they have also received these flyers with a picture of our house on it. They do not have our permission to use our house on their flyers. This was a shock when we received these flyers. This is illegal I believe and a gross invasion of our privacy. I consider this a safety concern as our house is now on flyers throughout the county. Hopefully this will not cause our house to be burgelized. I want these flyers to cease and desist and we want compensation for using our house being pictured on this flyer.

We drive cities and towns all over southern NH looking for properties we would like to buy.  We then take a picture of the house and a postcard is sent, with the picture of the house,  to the owner asking if they are interested in selling.   The picture and the post card only go to the owner of the house.  The picture is not used in any marketing or advertising campaign.  We are sorry our postcard caused Grethel to be upset. We have removed the house from our database and she will not receive and more post cards.
