I bought a brand new Miele dishwasher that had been returned by the original customer before it had been installed. Customer wanted another model.Upon getting the unit home, there were no installation parts included with the unit. And the parts are not normal hardware items, but Miele specific things. Further, the salesman lied, as the dishwasher had been installed before it was returned. I figured I could call Barons, and they would send me an installation kit.Salesman never returns my polite phone calls. Trying Miele USA, they referred me back to Barons, and when I told them that ******* never returns calls, the third world customer service guy took two hours to individually order each missing part. And I'm now finding out that the order is still missing items, which means I have an unusable dishwasher sitting in the middle of a torn apart kitchen.I'm now worried that I bought a defective dishwasher that was returned for a problem, and of course ******* is not going to stand behind anything.Baron's Major Brands Appliances

We purchased a Maytag washer and dryer on May 9, 2024. We mad this purchase over the phone with ******** ******. We live in ************* and Mr ****** told my husband they would not deliver to ************* but would service our appliances. We are already having an issue with the washer and when we calls Barons we were told that they will not service in *************, to call Maytag. We also purchased their extended warranty and if we have issues after the manufacturer warranty ends to call them , they will contact ****** and have them contact us.Baron's Major Brands Appliances

Purchased over 10k dollars in new kitchen appliances for a major remodel. Free standing Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working late yesterday around 4p. I called the 866 service number and was dumped to a voice mail only to hear the service office closes at 330 daily. I called the Salem Showroom and spoke with a sales *** who was good enough to listen to my problem but wasnt much help with the service company telling me they know the service company they use isnt responsive and needs to be changed. Fast forward to today at 830a I call the service center and I was told there was nothing they could do and I should call Frigidaire direct for service. I did call Frigidaire and Ill get help directly from the manufacture. The service company finally called me back today about 30m ago and they have an appointment for October 3rd thats totally unacceptable. The one reason I invested that much money in appliances thru Barons was the assurance that the company backed their products this was a lie and deceptive salesBaron's Major Brands Appliances

We greatly value and encourage all customer feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us improve and grow. However, we also feel its important to clarify certain points when we believe our actions have been misrepresented. According to our digital service logs (which we are happy to provide upon request), you requested same-day service, which unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate. We did, however, have an appointment for the following day, but you informed us that you would be out of town. At that time, we scheduled the next available appointment for October 3rd, when you would be back. If 0 stars was an option, I would give that. We had a good experience with ******* years ago, but it has been terrible ever since. Today was terrible once again...not sure why we even went back. Did our research on the washing machines, even texted with ******* via their contact text and gave them all the information. Went to the store, the salesman was giving us the wrong information about the models (felt like a used car salesman who didn't know his cars) and then at the end upsold stuff and made the whole experience miserable. Sadly, when I checked back in on the text thread, they were no better and simply went to radio silence when I asked why they were allowing their salesman to change the pricing and details. Left the store without purchasing...went to another appliance place...will never go back to Baron's. **************** is awful. They do not know their machines/appliances. They change the terms of the pricing and "deal" right at the end making it seem like upsells are the only way to make the appliance work. I bought a Dishwasher May 20, 2024 - paid $1,425 for the dishwasher, delivery, haul away and install. At the time of purchase I was advised the dishwasher would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.Starting around week 6 I increased my inquiries as to when our dishwasher would arrive. The Rep advised the would follow up and get back to me. He did not get back to me. Over the course of the next 3 weeks I emailed and called the Rep several times with no response at all. I also called the District Manager twice leaving a detail voicemail however my call was never returned, Finally a ***** email **** a response from the Rep apologizing saying he was 'out' and telling me he would follow up. He did and responded back advising now that the dishwasher would not be in until mid Sept. I asked for a refund and have since followed up twice but again I have been ghosted - no response of any kind and no credit to my card.I have never experienced worse customer service and unprofessional conduct by a Company of this size in my life. It is bizarre how they have managed to stay in business and apparently thrive as, I have since seen in ****, **************** and here at BBB that my experience is by no means rare. In fast it seems to be inherent in the way 'family owned' Baron's Major Brands Appliances conducts business. I'm not much for social media but I have relatives who are so you will soon be seeing additional zero star reviews on the sites I mentioned in the hope it will help others to stay away from this Business.Baron's Major Brands Appliances

Back in May, my Mom needed to get a new gas cooktop as the one she had, which was more than 40 years old, needed to be replaced. We looked up paperwork that my Dad had received a couple years prior and called ******* in ******. We had also already looked online to see what was available and what we wanted. In speaking to the salesperson - *************************************, he was initially a little "interuptive" when trying to tell him what we wanted, but that was dismissed as he had said he was just logging into his computer. Once we started to discuss our needs he immediately stated we needed to have an inspection done. $150. We agreed and then when we went to speak of the actual cooktop we wanted (that was listed on the Baron's website) he said it would be best to come into showroom so that he could show us the options. I explained that we had already chosen one, and he became extremely belligerent and stated that he didn't have that one in the Nashua store and it was probably a turnbacked one anyways. The next price range he would have available was going to cost us an additional $1,000. When I tried to question the cost jump , he became angered, bothered and ended the conversation with "Whatever Lady"and then hung up. We ended up buying the exact same cooktop with installation at Best Buy for the price we expected to pay when looking on line at Baron's. We will never recommend or step foot in a place with such a rude representative. ************************************* was a jerk and did a complete disservice to the Baron name.Baron's Major Brands Appliances

Horrible experience. Ive been getting my appliances here for many years because I preferred to buy here over the big box stores. . Bought an ** refrigerator less than 8 years ago from them and unfortunately, it had nothing but issues. Recently returned to purchase a new fridge. Our sales person was great and worked with us to find a fridge that would fit as he had our previous refrigerators dimensions. Turns out first delivery proved it didnt fit - understood mistakes happen. Took second day off of work to wait for second delivery. I refused the delivery as the guys pointed out it had no fewer than ten dents. Took third day off of work to wait for third fridge. It looked good so we were very happy. Next day we noticed that the freezer wasnt working properly .. not making ice and frost all over. Fourth day off of work to have a repair guy come out to diagnose issue.. poor seal. At this point I requested a new fridge and was told that that it would never happen for a broken seal. Went to store manager who agreed to replace ******. Turns out fridge is on back order with no eta but they offered to replace it with a different brand .. for 2k more no thanks.. I finally agreed to have a loaner ****** delivered while waiting for the existing repair.. which I was initially told I would have to pay for is this a joke? Manager over rode that..and it was delivered ..on my fifth day out of work. My sixth day out of work will be waiting for the repair person to come .. between 12-3 of course. I then asked the store manager for some sort of compensation.. perhaps 20% off? ****, was told if they did that for everyone they would be out of business.. hmmm are these issues that common? So now Im stuck with a brand new fridge that hasnt worked from day one. Guess Ive learned an important ****** here. Buyer beware!Baron's Major Brands Appliances

I never thought I would be one of these people writing a review. Well here I am. Completely and utter disappointed with ******* and *****. I purchased a Bosch stove/oven in May of 2023 from **** at ******* in **********. Wonderful experience with selling. Service and warranty, totally different story. Communication horrible! My less then one year stove/oven has rust inside the oven. I tried cleaning it first and had no luck. I didn't think much of what I could do and remembered I purchased a 5 year warranty from Baron. April I happen to be in ********** and saw the Baron store there and popped in to talk with someone about my problem. We agreed I would contact him when I got back in a few days to follow up. I called a week later and he couldn't find the pictures I gave him and didn't do anything. So I remind him and he said oh yeah. Nothing more came from *****. In May 18th I receive a phone call from ****, my original sales person and he say what's going on? I said what do you mean? He was told to call me but didn't know why he was calling. I explained my frustration and told him I just need communication! He apologized and promised he would get back to me after memorial day weekend. Which was fine. I never heard from anyone again till I think the 31 of May. I called ****, and his Manager ****. Still no return calls. I happen to be in ******* on June 3 and stopped in to see ****. Still he had no real answer for me. I was pretty upset. I called Bosch on my ride home and within half hour, I got an answer from them that it was pending. Finally some kind of answer! And that I have a ************************ plan, threw Baron! Now both **** and **** have returned one phone call to tell me the rep wont cover my oven! Within less then one hour they come back with a answer. So, June 5th I call bosch again and they to have been giving me the run around and I haven't heard from Baron or ***** and I still have NO answers! I ordered a washer/dryer and range all *** I was promised a $300 rebate for bundling. However, upon submitting the rebate, I was told my new appliances were not applicable. The store manager stated the sales person was mistaken and she could only give me $150 credit.My order was delayed a week but got a $75 credit for the delay. On delivery day, the installer refused to install the dryer since it had a flexible tube. My husband had to do the install himself. However, we were reimbursed the $300 install fee for the dryer.The range model I selected was supposed to come with a griddle. However, on Jan 25th (delivery day), the delivery guys said there wasn't one on the truck. I contacted ******* and they said they ordered a new one for me and charged it to the store. Today Apr 1, I still don't have it.I regret buying *** I only ordered ** expecting the $300 rebate which was not honored. I would have preferred the Whirlpool/Maytag but they didn't offer a bundle.Also, I don't like the ** style, specifically, the location of the different size burners. Additionally, I don't like the location of the k**** They are angled and catch all the grease.This purchase was at ******, ** I purchased other appliances in ******* for a different location and all was good.Baron's Major Brands Appliances
