  Came to banks a couple of months ago to get my regular service-oil change, tire rotation. Nothing special. I know that its first come first serve sometimes you have to wait a bit, not a problem for me. It became a problem for me when I waited in the waiting room for an hour and half AFTER my truck was ready a total for about 3-3 and a half hours because thy called the wrong phone number and also didnt come to get me from the waiting room. *** said he did but proceeded to walk past me MULTIPLE time to get other people when their vehicles were ready. I made a complaint to the manager. Skip forward a couple of months to me bringing my husbands truck in for his regular service. I have currently been sitting in this waiting room for 3 and a half hours while at least 9 people that came in after me and every person that was here before has come and gone. My only assumption is that either these people are absolutely inept at their jobs or they are simply acting in a retaliatory manner because of the first complaint.

  Repeat customer. Refuse to honor their product. Had vehicles for 2 months with parts on back order. When expressed my concern about the known problem with said model of vehicle and wanting to move on to a different vehicle nothing was done to make the situation right. Was low balled on trade in and carried over a lot in to a new loan. Just goes to show once they have your money you don't matter

  I bought a brand new truck my first oil change and lube and tire rotation first ones supposedly free. I called and they said it’s a drivethru to bring it here . I drove almost 2 hrs and brought it in and they said the free ones expired I had 8000 miles on it. The guy was rude and had no compassion to settle this I got in my truck and left . Then an advisor called me and he said a service manager would call me back that never happened . I think they just want to sells trucks not the service part I would buy anything from them !
