      Horrible service in flooring/bath remodeling. I asked 4 times thru verbal and email for a quote on tile and LVT. It took 2.5 weeks to get a quote and the quote I received was for everything including nails...I asked for tile only and VLT ONLY!!!!. Not everything else. When they came to measure, it took 2 and a half weeks to get a quote. I called and asked for tile only a 2nd or was it a 3rd time and no response to my answer. I will never set foot in this place again. I remember back in 2005 building a home and the builder said they only dealt w/ Bensons, Oh to bring back horrible memories. They haven't changed. Can you not give the customer what they want?
