    I have left 3 voicemail messages and a 4th time I spoke with someone that took my name and number down and said was going to give my information for someone to call me back. On July 5th my doctor sent their office a referral. I even received a letter in the mail since then from my health insurance that the procedure request has been reviewed and approved. That letter is dated July 5th. Now next week will be going on 2 weeks that I’ve been trying to schedule the ct scan. I need someone to call me to schedule. If something comes up on my ct scan and time was an issue you I’ll take this further as improper medical care negligence. Please let me know why it should take me this much effort to schedule a ct scan with your company? You know I need the ct scan (referral sent), you know I’ve been approved by my health insurance (you were copied on the letter I received) and then I leave you 4 voicemails over 10+ days with no call back. Seems like you need to get a better handle on your business.
