    !!!!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!I recently had a disappointing experience with Motorcars East that I feel compelled to share, especially for fellow single women considering a vehicle purchase. Ten months ago, I bought a ****** Tacoma from this shop, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare since.Just days ago, my transmission lines failed, leading to catastrophic transmission damage. Now, Im left without a vehicle and facing an extremely high repair bill. When I reached out to the dealer for assistance, I was met with poor communication and a dismissive attitude. He informed me that no dealer would help in this situation, leaving me feeling abandoned and unsupported.If you're considering buying from Motorcars East, I strongly urge you to think twice.! DO NOT BUY! The lack of accountability and assistance after the sale has left me frustrated and stranded. It's VERY clear that once the deal is done, they are not interested in helping you out. Please proceed with CAUTION!

We sold her a 2013 ****** Tacoma on 11/14/2023.The sale was sold As Is which she understood by signing documents stating so. She purchased the vehicle on 11/14/23 and we never heard a complaint until 9/24/2024. We feel that she does not have a valid complaint since she had the vehicle for close to a year and we never heard from her during that time until now. Since we feel her complaint is not justified because she had the vehicle so long and understood she purchased the vehicle As Is. We would like to have this complaint removed from our records. This is not fair to Motorcars East **** If you have need of proof of the sale such as date of purchase or sale condition, please notify us.Sincerely,******* ********** Motorcars East ********************************************************************* ************ ********************************

    Bought a 2012 Tacoma from Joe a couple of weeks ago. Wanted to drive it for a while before reviewing. Bottom line - buy any 10-year-old vehicle is a risk, but this is a pretty sterling truck, Have had a Toyota dealership go through it front to back and the only thing they found was a mouse nest in the air filter - no damage to wiring from mice though. Frame is solid, very little rust underneath, engine is solid, body is excellent. As a bonus, truck has multiple upgrades - airbag suspension in the back, bed stiffeners, sway bar up front. And Joe sent me to the best finance experience I've ever had - I ended up refinancing my other car there. Would totally buy from Joe again. Dealership might not be flashy and new, but he's honest and up front.
