    To Whom it May ******* I purchased a vehicle from Premium Auto House in ***** NH on 12/04/2023 and approximately 14 days later my engine was misfiring. After calling the company I had my vehicle towed back to the business where they inspected the vehicle and supposedly the spark plugs were defective. After they replaced the spark plugs the vehicle worked for about a month. I then decided to change the coils and spark plugs myself since the engine was still misfiring. I have called the company numerous times and left messages at two different numbers. They have yet to return my call. I just want them to fix my car since I believe they sold it to me with a faulty engine.

    Hi, we sell all the cars with 30 Days and 1000 Miles *********************** occurs first.

    Our Client purchase the car on 12/04/2023 and couple weeks later he contacted us about the Misfire Codes , we told him to bring the car back to us and we will take a look.

    Couple days later he towed the car to our shop and we did change all the spark plugs and ignition coils for free, test drove the car and everything was good, we did give him the car back and  from that moment we  had 2 miss calls from him ( in April ) and everytime ****** was trying to contact the client he never answered on the phone. 

    If he wants to bring the car to us to take a look he is free to stop anytime.

    The owner is now proceeding to place blame on me since I filed a claim. He made unnecessary remarks via text that could be considered bullying the consumer.
