I order the wrong product and the company would not let me cancel the order and would not let me speak to a supervisorBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/28) */ CS agent is correct: for security reasons, we are unable to edit, amend or otherwise change any information a customer enters into an online order. Looks like the issue is that customer cannot print a return label. We have submitted a UPS return to sender for this order as a courtesy. Customer will be credited when the shipment is scanned in at our returns department. ************. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) There are two orders I need ************ and ************ I need return labels for. Why do you have to make everything so difficult? Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/09/29) */ Emailing customer directly to explain further that we have requested UPS return to sender for both orders. She does not need a return label. Not sure if Customer Service team relayed this information. Closing case. Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2021/09/29) */ Company has resolved all issues. Thank you.
