    At the end of January 2022 I paid a down payment for a Proton Pack. The business said in the beginning the lead time was 4 months. For the last almost 2 years the business has been responding to me saying he is waiting on parts or he hasn't had time to work on it. As of April 2023 he has stopped responding to me. I have reached out via email and to his personal and business FB pages. The business has led me on and I have no trust in him to deliver. I no longer trust the quality in which I will receive the product. I am wanting my money returned. BBB yes I know this was purchased more then 12 months ago. But the business has been promising within the last 12 months to deliver on the product. Attached are the FB messages and a copy of the invoice.

    I have spoken with the customer and have agreed to a repayment plan. As the funds he paid bought the kits to build his prop replica out of, the original funds are not available, so he will be repaid over time.

    As I clarified with the customer, the main large physical kit took 18 months to come in from England, due to stock issues in England and pandemic and BREXIT shipping issues that were beyond our control, or the control of the supplier of the kit that I build from; and since the kit came in, I've been dealing with new health issues. 

    But we have come to a repayment agreement. Thank you for your time.

    The business and I have come to an agreement.  The business is going to repay the money I had put down for a deposit over two years ago.  I made a deal with the business that if  he is able to pay me back by May 8th 2024 I will not post about this issue.  I agreed that it would stay between him, the supplier **********) and myself.  I also agreed if he is able to pay me $1,000 by May 8th 2024 I would wave the remaining $170.  If $1,000 is not received by May 8th 2024.  Then the remaining $170 will still be owed.  If the business stops repaying or becomes unresponsive again I reserve the right to file in small claims court.  But I feel like we have come to agreement and I am going into this with a positive mindset.
