      Had a driveway paved by Stan’s about 2 weeks ago driveway is not satisfactory not pitched correctly water coming into my garage, paid half of what was agreed upon, spoke to the owner George was told that it’s not his fault and he’s not willing to come back out and fix his mistakes unless I pay for the material. Very belligerent and drunk while talking to me yelled at my wife yelled at me.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: what’s the outcome company not taking ownership of messing driveway up why should I have to pay more money for a paving job that was not done right in the beginning. I don’t pave driveways for a living like they supposedly do so putting blame on existing driveway is a way for the company not to own up to their mess up! If existing driveway was an issue should’ve have been told by paving experts that it needed to be ripped up! No ownership to a bad job done by Stan’s paving! I’m not paying for owner and employees lack knowledge!

      We are willing to return to this job and patch all problem areas of this driveway but will not be redoing the entire job. At this time, we have only been paid half of the originally contracted price for the work we’ve completed so we will also need to receive the remaining amount for this contact.

      Stan’s Paving never gave me a date for their driveway installation. Months went by and I reached out only to get a response that said “I’m on the list.” One day, while at work, I received a phone call stating that they were on their way to do the installation with zero warning. When I came home, I found empty bottles, bags of gravel, and pizza boxes strewn about my yard. I had to contact them to ask for them to clean it up. The next day, when it was light out; I realized they left many, many chunks of old asphalt and rocks all in my grass along the driveway. The edges of the driveway were also not cut straight or orderly in any way. I again reached out, and a young man came out and showed me a pile of rocks in his hand and asked if the issue was resolved. This was very awkward and I wanted him to leave. That was November. Now that the weather has gotten warmer, the spots where we park our vehicles are being indented and ripped up by our tires. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company in my life. It cost ten thousand dollars for a huge headache, and I’m now flinging rocks and asphalt with my lawnmower, which is a safety issue.

      I have reached out to every phone call as the weather gets hotter asphalt will get hotter it’s a common but we. Called him and I told him this and I have made arrangements to go back and go over and fix this complaint he called you like we avoid his call we aware and are going to make this right he only called 1 time
