            We contacted Connecticut River Valley design services to design a new septic system for our business in accordance with state codes and specifications. The Septic Designer (Mike) arrived promptly on the scheduled date of June 21,21 to dig the test pit for the initial design of our system. Mike brought Mr B**** for the test site dig. As, Mr. B**** was excavating the site he snagged the pipe and broke the line for the pump that distributes waste water into the leach filed. The pipe was left broken and buried, Mike and Mr B**** left for the day. That evening we were able to see milky puddle forming in our yard. The next morning the puddle covered the yard and it was apparent that the puddle was septic water peculating from the test pit site. Neither Mike or Mr. B**** would come help us dig the area out to locate the leek. The earliest help they could offer was four days out. Thie septic water was creating a health hazard for us, our family , our business and our neighbors
