            on 12/8/2022 I bought a car online from this auction, and the advertising says the car has 121917 miles ACTUAL, so I took a day off and rented a UHaul truck with a transport trailer and got the car when I came back to CT I gave my friend (who is a car dealer ) the vin # for the car and he got for me and I found out that the car had 223,141 miles three months before I bought it, so I called the auction and spoke to the manager and told her the story and I don't need the car anymore and I want my money back after few calls she said to bring the car back and we'll refund your money on your card, I told her it cost me $700 to rent the truck and lose a day work, you should send a truck to take it back and re embarrass me for the money I spent, she refused and I still have the car parked in the back yard, never used it.

            Unprofessional totally.. there was an issue where they had sold my sister a car that would never drive ( Totted broken K frame) that was sold as running through the online auction in good condition needing brake work. They did fix that issue between my sister them. Then they disable my account for absolutely nothing for someone else's actions how unprofessional and petty. I've never bought a car through online auction don't plan on it but they're just don't right unfair then I called to ask them what happened? Kim goes your sister gave our employees attitude..so you shut my account so someone else's actions. I hope the do whats right and reactivate my account and practice better business practices.
