      I bought a brand-new 2025 GMC Sierra ********* on January 14th. Just four days after driving it, the check engine light came on. I immediately took the truck to the dealership, and now, February 4th, I still havent received any real update.The only response Ive gotten is: "We dont have a date for when your truck will be ready." Meanwhile, they gave me a loaner vehiclea ******* Elantrawhich is nowhere near comparable to the truck I ************ make things worse, the Sales Manager, ****, blames the Service Manager, *****. I have no idea what kind of team theyre running, but this has been, without a doubt, the worst experience ever!I've already made a video about this situation, and I hope many people see it and stay far away from Quirk Dealership in **********, **. Their customer service is absolutely terrible!

      I bought a2023 equinox, has 3,400 mikes on it and ends up with a issue. Has been in service three times. The issue is getting worse by the day. They cannot fix it and will do nothing for me. Very disappointed and cannot believe the don't back up the customer. I will never purchase a GM product again. This car is junk!!!

      My car engine light came on and my car began to lose power when I was headed to my son’s home. I was unable to get my car into the dealer I bought it from in Concord. I called Quirk. Adam immediately made an appointment in the morning for me. Ethan who was at the desk was so efficient and had a calming effect. Each person I dealt with was amazing! I was so grateful for the service and for the overall atmosphere! Thank you to all involved in getting my car back on the road! ***** ***** ****** ***
