    I picked out 2 sets of 6g steel screw back plugs from the rack while getting my ear peirced. I asked for a pair of filigree black and regular steel tunnel dark green/emerald plugs. A few days later I went to put the green ones in and they were mismatched. One was emerald the other lime. I can understand slightly that the employee didnt notice as the display case was dark, but the register was lit up like a Christmas tree. I emailed customer service to see about a refund or for them to ship an exchange. "Go to the store, they can help you", was the reply.... Unfortunately I live on the Vermont border and the closest store, being Manchester, was 1hr and 40mins away. I rarely go on these trips. It was pointless to drive out of my way, so it was to be thru the mail or refund me over the phone. I re-emailed explaining this. No answer. Called the store. "We can't refund over the phone and we have no more emerald ones. Call the owner." Back to square one. Holy ****, this person is one dumb idiot. A WEEK AND A HALF of emails back and forth. Refused to call me direct. "There's no guarentee of STONE color matching." Never said anything about stone. Sent pictures THREE times. Wanted me to clarify three times which one I had. Sent my phone # 3 seperate times, my address twice. Comes back and says we can resolve this by sending me the lime green as a replacement. "Whats your address?" So now I am fed up with this imbecile, I am going to lose 4hrs of overtime, 3hrs of my time and GAS money as well as my patience and SEVERAL BRAINCELLS and just drive there for a ******* refund. I have nothing against the employee who accidentally grabbed the wrong color, tho I swear she checked them before bagging, its the whole concept of this owner, proprietor, CEO, whatever they claim themselves to be, wasted my ******* time. I will never be stepping foot in another MEDUSA in my life.
