In early November I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from ***. Three weeks after, the battery was dead when I came out of a store. I had to buy a jumper pack. Over the next couple weeks as it got colder the battery ultimately failed. I contacted *** and he said they would pay for it. I thanked him. Medical issues took me to ********* so I wasn't able to replace it right then. After replacing it a couple weeks ago, I have been unable to make contact with the dealership. No one will return my calls or answer my messages. I'm attaching our conversation as well as the receipt. When buying a car the last thing I wanted was to have to buy a booster pack and then a battery. Getting stuck in the cold being disabled is not a good time.

On 10/9/2021 I went to real deal auto in search of a used car. I was sold a 2010 Audi A5 for a little under 10 grand. The business guaranteed they would provide me a reliable vehicle however that wasn’t the case. About a week or two after I brought the car the car started having major issues. The car would cut off randomly in the middle of me driving, I had to replace the battery during a trip to visit my mother in New York and ended up getting stuck in New York with my girlfriend and two other friends. Even after replacing the battery the car would still cut off. Long story short I called Ken told him of the issues I was having with the car. I was told to bring in my vehicle back to a mechanic they had liked to use. A couple days later I was told that there was a severe problem with the engine and that they don’t actually make the engines needed for my specific car at the time. He recommended that I don’t even try getting it fixed because I’d have a hard time finding the engine needed but would be most likely still have the same issue with the car. So the car was a lemon. Ken offered me two choices; to be placed into a new vehicle or reverse the deal so I wouldn’t be response for the car. I chose the later. I called west lake financial and told them of the situation considering I hadn’t paid my first monthly payment due to the issues I was having with the vehicle. After a while Ken stopping answering my calls and messages. Each time I called from my mothers phone and girlfriends phone he answered but would never answer for my calls. Eventually I showed up to the dealership to find out what was going on with the reversal of the deal and what our next steps were. When he arrived to the dealership he saw me in the parking lot and then pulled off and came back approximately 20 minutes later. He said that instead of reversing the deal he told the bank that I brought the vehicle in voluntarily for a repo. I want that repo off my report as it’s not reported accurately.
