    On January 21st 2024 I agreed to purchase a 2009 ******************** King from *************************** at ACME Bikes. I wired the full of the purchase price and the shipping costs within 48 hours. I was assured that all of the mechanics of the motorcycle had been thoroughly inspected and ANY needed repairs were completed prior to listing for sale. As a matter of ************* Law, licensed facilities are required to inspect and repair all safety systems prior to sell! I received the motorcycle via private carrier a number of weeks later. It is completely unsafe to ride. Under even moderate braking the front suspension ducks and dives because the front rotors are extremely warped.I was promised a 90 day FULL warranty with the purchase. But now ACME Bikes and specifically *************************** is refusing to make the required repairs. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income.
