I called JP Pests early Sept 2021 about bedbugs in our home. It took 3 weeks to get contract. They did a visual insp., bugs were contained to 1 room. A couple in 1 other room. Day of tx, the 1st room was NOT able to be treated as per the contract. They did tx anyway. I was told by worker it would take UP to 30 days for tx to be effective. 2 weeks later, I started calling JP bc bugs were getting so much worse. JP refused to do anything about it. By the 3rd week, we were forced out of the upstairs rooms. I was NOT told it would get considerably worse. Several calls to JP, with 0 results. 2nd room now had bugs, larvae, eggs inbedded in paneling. 3rd room now had bugs, it did NOT have any prior to tx. Bugs were walking on ceiling to avoid tx areas. End of 3rd week, I HAD to call another company. They came with a dog for the insp. The bugs had spread through the whole area upstairs. Very few dead bugs. 11/1, spoke with Amy from JP. She now tells me it takes UP to 90 days! Warranty is good for 45 days! I would get charged for more txs. Amy contradicted all I was told initially and on contract. I had another company come out with high heat. Bugs were gone within 24 hrs! I had to pay for the dog and the other company. JP has sent my account to collections for payment. I lost a lot more clothing and items due to the growing infestation that happened AFTER their tx. I gave them plenty of notice to let them know their tx was NOT working. They refused to listen to me or do anything about it. They did nothing to try to resolve the situation. Acct #*******
