    Customer support *****.Calling to help with someone's PC I am trying to fix, bc they're not tec savvy, and they refuse to talk to any phone numbers not in their system, even though my issue is not account specific. (I just want to set up a new printer)Seriously, contacting support shouldn't require this many loops.

    Rightworks uses phone number identification to make sure that we route calls appropriately. Sometimes if we are unable to identify a phone number that is calling us, we will ask the caller to log into our portal, so can identify them that way, and provide the appropriate phone number to reach the correct team for their account type.The email address **************** does not exist in our customer database, I suspect that it was used here in this review as a placeholder. We were able to find a customer with the name **** ******** and we have attempted to call to provide assistance in setting up a new printer. At this time we have not been able to reach ****. Additionally, we provide a knowledgebase article so that customers can assist themselves, the article related to printing is located at ************************************************************************************************
