Got a text from them and haven't even received a overdue bill. Visit was paid for by ***********. Don't know why they are bothering me.

The balance care agent lied and told me they were an insurance company but when card was sent out it stated not an insurance plan. I paid them 1200 dollar enrollment fee to be a part of plan that doctors dont accept. Everything medical procedure has to be pre approved even for routine care. Please dont get involved with the company. Its a SCAM

I am not sure what company you spoke to but we are Balanced Healthcare Receivables, LLC.  We do not sell insurance plans, collect enrollment fees or send out cards.  You have left a review on the wrong company.

7/27/23-BHR IS A SCAM!--Received a text message from BHR today offering to "resolve" or pay a debt to a radiology department of a hospital with whom I have no connection. I immediately called my doctor's billing department who confirmed I owe nothing. I will ignore this text and delete it. Never click on hotlinks from unknown sources and always check directly with your contacts to confirm any problems or issues.

We are not able to find an account under the name you used on this review so we are unable to mark the account as being disputed.
