    Done with this place. Came because my car was still under warranty. Over the years how many times did I wait 3-5hours for a scheduled oil change? Way too many. And how did the 90k mile routine maintenance go that I scheduled in advance? Over 24 hours. And when I expressed frustration with this continually poor service I was offered a 10% coupon- which I already had and they firmly refused to combine so ultimately I got nothing for their very inconvenient performance. The representative gave me his card for an oil change. When I went to get it the customer service representative was clearly annoyed that I said I needed to leave at 4pm after my 2:30pm oil change. Part of this service is a multi-point inspection. Clearly they didn't do that because they missed the bald front tires and the completely worn out rear brake pads and locked rotors that caused me to fail inspection mere hours before my appointment at Chevrolet. The people are polite but ********. I will not be returning to this garbage site.

    I have purchased 6 vehicle's from ********** Chevrolet . They are professional fair and easy to purchase from . I explained what I wanted and they delivered every time . Excellent dealership.

    I was quoted a price for work to be completed on my car. I had the car delivered to MacMulkin Chevrolet on August 31, 2023. My advisor (Mark) said they would have the car ready in one week. After much lip service it still wasn't touched after FIVE weeks. I sent a tow truck to pick it up on September 4th Labor day. The car was brought to **** **** ****** Chelmsford, MA where they are VERY competent. They replaced the following of which I supplied. Cylinder head, timing chain assembly, water pump, and thermostat. I paid the labor which Macmulkin was supposed to be paid except they did the work in less than a day and 559.00 less than Macmulkin quoted. When I picked up the car at Macmulkin I checked that all the parts in the back seat were there the cylinder head was wrapped up in a quilted blanket to be sure it was totally protected as I had it fully inspected and resurfaced at Nashua Engine Rebuilders. The head surface was perfect as smooth as glass not a blemish period!!! when I opened the trunk to check on it, it wasn't wrapped up it had been unwrapped and just a fold over. I looked at the head and someone deliberately put several scratched on it. I had to replace the cylinder head because of incompetent work done to the car at ***** ****** ********* of Lowell. They left a cooling line off the engine and the engine lost all coolant causing the cylinder head to warp, here in the interesting part, the service advisor at ***** ****** ********* of Lowell approximately 1 year ago is the same service advisor at MacMulkin Chevrolet of Nashua--MARK. I don't know why he did it to me in the first place or why he did it to me at MacMulkin. I do belive in KARMA Mr. Mark!!!! Every dog has its day.

    When I arrived at the dealer, I had 3-different word groups with the service advisor. 1. I said "Oil Change", 2. "Yes, the appointment is for 8:15", 3. "Today is 6th". Approximately 1-hour later, I was presented with a $84.95 bill. Putting on my reading glasses, I was being charged for "Tire Rotation". I NEVER requested a tire rotation, as I informed the service man, I had rotated the tires before in the past week. The service advisor took the bill and left, coming back approximately 10-minutes later saying, "everything is all right". I was still being charged for $84.95. When I questioned amount, I was informed "The cost of an oil change had just increased". See invoice number. *******
