This business, specifically the young auto technician, habitually tries to scam people who bring their vehicles in for service. On 11/28/23 my daughter brought her car in to get an alignment. The young technician took my young daughter into the garage even though there are signs specifically stating that customers are not allowed in there. He proceeded to tell my daughter that she needed new ball joints, new tires, new bushings, front and rear rotors, and new front brakes. He took her under the car and pointed out a small patch of rust on one rotor. He then made a show of wiggling the tires and stating that tires only wiggle when the ball joints are gone. He then made a lewd gesture to her (repeatedly moving one finger in an in & out motion thru his other fingers that he made an "O" shape with) to show her how ball joints work. And then he refused to do the alignment and charged her for looking at her car. He then told her he could fix all of it for $1200.00. The thing is the car just passed inspection, all of the brakes, pads and rotors had just been replaced, one tire showed a little bit of cupping but that is why we were getting the alignment. We had another mechanic and another person that is very knowledgeable with cars look at everything and they said everything was fine and couldn't understand what the tech was talking about. This same technician did similar to our friends son a few months ago. He had just had the entire front end of his jeep replaced and needed an alignment. The same tech told him that he needed to get everything replaced, that parts were broken or "dangerous" to drive on and then told him it would be $3000.00 to fix it all. When his father went in to complain there was an older tech there and he just shook his head and said, "I can see the new stickers on all of those parts. Some of those even came from here." This business is either intentionally trying to scam people or are allowing their employees to do it without repercussions.
