      I am happy with the furniture itself, but the delivery people damaged my floors. Significantly. The worst damage is a deep scratch about 5 inches long, in a very visible spot. It was definitely caused by the delivery. I reported it to Allen Wayside Furniture right away. They told me that their insurance would handle it, but I had to wait three weeks for the owners to get back in town. After three weeks, I followed up with them via email several times and had no response.

      I am not satisfied with the company's effort to resolve the matter because they have taken no action to resolve it.  They did not respond to me, and according to what I read, they have not responded to the BBB.
