BUYER BEWARE! I would not recommend this outfit to anyone! They quoted me a rate of $50/hr to do a couple of small odd jobs at my home in Portsmouth: replace small mudroom ceiling(4'x4'), replace bedroom ceiling sheetrock tape and paint and paint a hallway the same color. This should've been a 3-4 day job max. They stretched out these jobs over 2 weeks by coming and going over a few hours each day enjoying my AC during the heat wave. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for $5900.00! I had received other quotes that were a 3rd of this but thought they seemed nice enough and I could trust them not to milk the job. Wrong! Fortunately I have cameras on my property that logged them in and out for a total of 37 hours which would make my bill $1850 + materials. I ended up offering them $3000 as a good faith gesture thinking this would be the end of it. Today I received an email threatening to take me to court for the rest. Shame on you Team Kelley, you picked the wrong old lady to mess with. See you in court!

As the customer mentioned, this job was completed during a heat wave with an 80% level of humidity that affected the dry time for both paint and mud work on the sheet rock. Unfortunately, we also had to work around messy tenants which required extra time to prep and clean up the job site each time we worked. In addition, the original scope of work had to be significantly extended with the verbal agreement of the client to include some mold remediation that was discovered after we started the job and baseboard work. My mistake was not to draft a different contract to include the additional work as I accepted their word in good faith. After the job was completed to their satisfaction, the client refused to pay the extra work incurred.
