      I have been a survey member of OP4G *********************** for quite sometime. During that period I accumulated $8.00. At one point I felt the company was going under and i asked to receive my funds and was told that I had to reach the cash out level of $10.00. However there was a catch to their answer since it takes forever to get a decent survey to qualify to cash out. In the beginning of my membership it was never that way. Since that time they have obviously gone under I think I am entitled to the $8.00 I earned. Therefore I am writing your company to intercede on my behalf. I would like to receive the $8.00 USD they currently owe me. They have been playing games with all their members when it comes to having access to funds earned. ************************************************************

      It is my belief that the company has either gone out of business or switched the way they function. I know they are no longer offering surveys. The funny thing is months before they went under I requested the amount owed to me and they refused. They were probably having financial woes back then. Thank you for your efforts.

      I get a lot of op4g surveys on survey panels …complete them , but aren’t credited properly . I’d like to know what happens with the data on these ? Can’t get a response on your website cust. Service . I’ll bass my complaint on the survey below . I’d like to know why I wasn’t compensated for completing this survey . Why was a disqualified after receiving the attached ? ******************************************************************

      Thank you for reaching out with your concern.  I noticed that you are not on the Op4G panel but you are taking an Op4G survey through another vendor.  Unfortunately I am unable to help you directly but I encourage you to reach out for help here: **************** Inbox Dollars indicates that they may require up to 30 days to respond.  As for the Op4G survey you sent me, you may have been disqualified because you did not choose "blue" as a response as part of the question indicated.

      I have at least $45 in approved surveys but I never get paid. You are suppose to be paid at the $10 level but my balance keeps getting rolled over. I have complained to 'customer service' but I never get an answer. I do not understand their payment method.       I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because their payment system is all messed up. I am finished. I have cancelled my account as I do not want to continue to do surveys for nothing. They never contacted me that I was 'over paid' before and I do not trust them. By the way I contacted them three times and they cannot even keep track of this simple matter.

      Op4g suspended my account without warning or notification. I had to contact them to ask why I was not getting survey opportunities and they briefly stated it was because my CleanID country doesn't match the panel's country. No other explanation as to what that even means, so I had to email again to ask. They state my IP address does not match my country of origin based on your demographic information. This is strange and I asked if I might have been hacked, but no response. Now I cannot access my account to review/correct my information, to see how much $ I have earned, etc. I have asked twice now how I fix this situation and have been ignored. I am not sure if my personal information has been compromised through their website or what, but this company and how they handle payments, etc. has always been shady.

      I've met all the requirements of their company, but they haven't paid me what I deserve I also tried to contact them several times But there was no response This is definitely a fraudulent company.

      Mr. ******* has signed up for multiple accounts using multiple emails in an attempt to fraudulently earn money from us. We have software that can track IP and meta data, which alerted us to the issue.

      If I violate your membership terms, why does my account show a balance of $39? That's why you want to trick people like me who believe in you, to keep filling out your surveys for free. I think your dishonest conduct is disgraceful. I've seen a lot of negative comments from people like me who have been ripped off by you.

      I have been doing surveys for OP4G.com and have accumulated a balance of $17.00 that has been owed to me for a few months now. My balance keeps getting rolled over month after month for no valid reason. I emailed the company and they falsely claimed my PayPal account rejected the payment. This is untrue. I contacted PayPal and they informed me that my account is in perfect order and other transactions have been properly posted and there have not been any rejected deposits . In turn, I wrote numerous emails to OP4G with no response. They ignored every email pertaining to getting my balance paid to me. I would like my $17 paid to me and would like to be removed from their database. Thank you for helping me resolve this issue.

      I have been a participant with OP4G, Inc., since 2019 with an accumulated balance currently of $41.00. For some unknown reason, in November I received an email informing me that my account was flagged by their security system and would be temporarily suspended until further notice. I have emailed the company at least 5 times and even called and left a message and all of my efforts to communicate with the company have been purposely ignored. And my balance that is owed to me routinely gets rolled over to the next month without resolution. That is not the proper way to conduct a business. Please pay me my $41.00 as is owed and and after that please delete my account from your database.

      I completed enough surveys to cashout at $19.00. I was supposed to be paid months ago but they keep coming up with excuses for not paying me. First issue was security issues, & now it's about my email not matching PayPal. However, I have the exact same info they used in Jan to pay me. I just want them to deposit the funds they rightfully owe me.
