    I hired TS Welding and Fabrication to install 4 iron railings for the steps of my home on August 28, 2023. The railings were to be epoxy primed and finished coated. I specifically asked the vendor (*************************) about how long the finish would last and for touchup paint in the event of rust, etc. He assured me that the finish would "last a lifetime" and that there was no need for touchup paint. I emailed him on 4/17 regarding the rust that had started appearing on many of the railings he had installed and provided photos of some examples of the defects. No response. I again emailed him on April 28th and requested that he call to schedule a time to look at the defects. No response. I sent him follow-up text messages on May 2 and then today May 4th. I am seeking resolution to repair the defective work performed by ***************************** company.
