    I met ***** & ** when they replaced my battery in 2020. In 2023 my gas tank strap broke. I took in to C&G H31**33**333731333832H for repair. ***** seemed upset, yelling, swearing, and talking about "women". I took offense and left his shop. I was insulted by his behavior. Took my Rav 4 to a different mechanic. He did repair on gas tank. When I picked up my car, he told me my car would not pass inspection, I had no catalytic converter. I just had all repairs done to my car at Hervey&#**;s ************ in *********.

               (2) IN 2023WHEN HER GAS TANK SUPPOSABLY BROKEWE AGAIN DID NO REPAIR THE STATEMENT THAT WAS SUPOSABLE MADE BY ***** NEVER TOOK PLACE  1 YEAR LATER SHE IS NOW MAKING A COMPLAINT! I DON'T HAVE ANY KNOL**GE OR RECORD OF DOING ANY STATE INSPECTION FOR HER AT THIS TIME FRAME!

               (3) REPAIRS MADE AT HERVEY'S TIRE OR ABOUT A CAT CONVERTOR HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME OR MY SHOP! 

               (4) I DON'T TALK TO CUSTOMERS OR ABOUT MY CUSTOMERS THAT WAY!

    In regard to ******* ***** THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO MULTIABLE REPAIR SHOPS: FOR ESTIMATES. I DON'T KNOW ALL THE REPAIR SHOPS SHE HAS BEEN 4+SHOPS AS KNOWN BY HER THE STICKER WAS PUT ON 9/12/2023 BY C&G ******* MILES A YEAR LATER THRU WINTER SALT ECT. ***** MILES AND 14 MONTHS LATER THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN SITTING THAT CAUSES VEHICLE TO RUST OUT FASTER! AND WHO KNOWS WHO ELSE HAS WORKED ON THIS VEHICLE? OVER A YEAR AND MULTIPLE REPAIR SHOPS AND PEOPLE COULD HAVE WORKED ON THIS VEHICLE AS STATED BY *******? WE REPLACED RESONATOR PIPE ASSY ON11/01/2022 ON 11/01 2022 WE REPLACED RESONATOR ASSY WITH PIPIS NOT THE CONVERTOR PART NO:55489-O! ******* HAD US WELD IN TAILPIPE PIECES AND WELD REPAIR RUSTED OUT FLANGES IN THE PAST BECAUSE OF FUNDING BY HER AS I ***** HAVE BEEN TOLD.     I was having my van - (2005 Dodge - Grand Caravan SXT) serviced with C&G Automotive and RV Repair LLC to have body work repaired (i.e. Rust removal). This repair was to take place in June of 2023, and the van was returned on August of 2024. During that time I paid upwards of $10k total in repair that was not done correctly and was recently told the vehicle will still not pass inspection. I have not tried to resolve this issue with the business at this time, because I don't feel comfortable disputing with him. I would rather the BBB deal with his business. Diesel fuel treatment was also used in my gasoline vehicle.
