      I've never been contacted by an actual person, and never got calls back when I left them messages. I've asked the hospital to re-assume the bill and I'll start making payments - the financial issue I had at the time is over, but I don't want to deal with these Marcam asshats; I'd rather just pay the folks at the hospital that did the work.

      We have added the phone number ending in 6709 to our Do Not Call (DNC) list. This means no further calls should be made to this number. Additionally, we have reviewed our records and did not find any evidence of the debtor calling and leaving voicemail messages.
      As part of our standard procedures, we return all voicemail messages within 24 business hours.

      This account has been reported in accordance with the credit reporting guidelines as required by law. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that the consumer has proactively engaged with our company prior to filing this complaint. During those interactions, the consumer acknowledged the existence of the debt and has been adhering to a consistent payment plan since November 7, 2022. Throughout these interactions, the consumer never expressed a need for debt validation within the validation period.

      We have verified the amount is owed to our client ***********. He has a payment plan with us and most recently contacted us yesterday on 2/12/24 to include all accounts. The amount is owed and verified. There is nothing more Marcam can do.

      This company keeps calling multiple times a day and week. No one ever answers when I answer and when I call the number back they leave in messages no one answers. They call from multiple different numbers with ever call. They are stating I owe a debt to a hospital, but when I call the hospital they state I have a 0 balance. I’d like this company to leave me alone.

      This business has been calling me incessantly for months on my personal cell phone number. After searching, it appears to be some collection agency, except the issue is that I have no outstanding debt whatsoever, and this call absolutely does not pertain to me. I understand that they have a job to do, but I'm beyond annoyed by the constant phone calls and voicemails since this, again, has nothing to do with me. Regardless, blocking all of the numbers they call from doesn't help. I called them, and they said I'd be removed, but explaining to a company that they need not contact me repeatedly for something that doesn't pertain to me is not something that I should need to spend my time doing. I'm also annoyed that I am even taking the time to write this, but maybe the venting will help me feel less frustrated and help someone else feel a little less alone if they, too, are dealing with this nonsense.

      On 11/2/23 the consumer called us to inform us that we had the incorrect number. We immediately placed the phone number on our DNC list and there was no further calls after her first request to cease communications.

      Marcam Assciates call my cell number daily.I was assigned this number a few weeks ago and the calls began immediately. I can't block them as they use fake phone numbers and change them frequently. I have no business with them and they never say what they are calling about. I would like them to write me a letter if they have legitimate business with me stating their purpose. Otherwise this is just harassment.

      I receive robo calls and voicemails several times a week and at times several times a day. I have tried to get them to stop. I have even threatened to sue if they don't. Then I got even more calls. I have tried blocking and reporting the number but then they just use either a different number or a restricted number. If you can't make them stop, then my only remaining option is to take them to court.
