Interstate Car Solution Failure to Disclose Rebuilt ******************* money On December 11, 2024, I bided on a vehicle from Interstate Car Solution at auction, paying $5,781 in full. However, after completing the payment, I discovered that the vehicle had a rebuilt titlea crucial detail that was never disclosed prior to bidding. Had this information been provided upfront, I would not have proceeded with the *********** soon as I became aware of this issue, I immediately requested a full refund, as the sale was conducted under misleading circumstances. Since then, I have made at least 70 plus phone calls attempting to resolve the matter. Instead of addressing my concerns, Interstate Car Solution has repeatedly put me on hold for extended periods or just simply hung up on me. On March 7, 2025, a female associate hung up on me 27 times.I have been discriminated against because English is not my first language. Despite my repeated efforts to communicate, they refused to address my *********** has now been 4 months, and my $5,781 is still being withheld without any clear response on whether or when I will receive my money back. Due to this, I have been left without a car and unable to purchase a replacement. I even drove two hours to their location in an attempt to resolve the issue in person, only to be met with further disregard. This situation is completely unacceptable. I fulfilled my financial obligation in good faith, yet Interstate Car Solution has failed to uphold its responsibility by refusing to issue a refund for a misrepresented vehicle. I have attached call records as proof of my repeated attempts to resolve this matter and the $5781 receipt. I request the BBB's assistance in holding Interstate Car Solution accountable and ensuring I receive my rightful refund as soon as possible.Thank you for your time and support.*In NH, the legal interest rate is 10% per year, so the interest I should be owed is $192.70. Total : $5,973.70

I bought a car on 11/19/2024. I paid that car off in full, but the title at that time was not with them. I was told the title would be there within a week. After waiting for more than 2 weeks and constantly being told the title will come, they are trying to reach the owner. I asked interstate car solution please to sell me another car b3cause I was desperately In need of a car. I was told by them that they cannot sell me another car, > would have to wait 30 business days to for them to be able to either way sell me another car or get a refund. When I ***** those 30 business days. The agreement was I can come and look into other cars, which then they try toll sell me another car. The title of that car was also not there either but we were negotiating about the price and interstate car solutions representative told me that he is trying to negotiate the price for me with the seller/dealer and if he can come down to the price I agreed on I can buy that car. That's when started calling g again constantly, I will always just get the receptionist and they will tell me the responsible person. Is not there. I need to call back, I will be called back, the responsible person is busy right now or not there and lastly they wouldn't talk to me at all. So when I called another time to get a refund because initially when the title of the first car was not there I was told they would simultaneously asked to the owner to reduce the car for the second car while they will initiate a refund and whatever comes first they will do that to me. And now since the title for the first car came in they keep telling g me the responsible person in that person does come in one a week. Wednesdays or Thursdays and if that person comes one of the days he wouldn't come in the other day. Even worse now they tell me the title for the car is there and a refund can not be given to me anymore because they have the title now. Which is no true, legally after 20 not 30 business days I can get a refund.

Hello, the title was not there within those 30business days. I have waited until dec.30th for the company to provide me the title and the car. Which they could not do my legal right is to reject the car after and to either way exchange for another car or request a refund which they then again gave me a run around for another car a *** ****** and said for a couple of weeks they will get back to me which they again not did. More importantly they would not let me get ahold on the person that apparently is responsible and handle those things. So I requested a refund and now they are telling me I cannot exercise my right to reject the car and request a refund. I would like to know how they can justify that legally.

Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Interstate Car Solution in *****, *************, regarding a significant issue I encountered when purchasing a car from them.Summary of the Issue:I purchased a vehicle from Interstate Car Solution, expecting it to be in good working condition. Unfortunately, I discovered that the car had a bad transmission and a rusted subframeissues that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase.Details of the Complaint:Date of ********************* Provided: Sale of a used vehicle Nature of the Problem: The car I purchased has significant issues, including a bad transmission and a rusted subframe, which were undisclosed. When I requested to speak with the owner about the situation, I was told the only solution was to put the car back in auction, which was not an acceptable resolution. Additionally, I was not informed that the car was a salvage vehicle before making the purchase.Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue:I tried to resolve the issue by requesting to speak directly with the owner about the cars condition. However, their response was dismissive and failed to address the severe problems with the vehicle.Desired Resolution:I am seeking a full refund for the vehicle or compensation for the cost of repairing the transmission and subframe. I saved all the money I could for this car, expecting it to be in a condition that matched the sale description, not one with major undisclosed defects.Supporting Documentation:I have attached copies of the sales contract, communication records, and other relevant documentation that supports my complaint. Please review these documents as part of your investigation.I hope that filing this complaint with the BBB will encourage Interstate Car Solution to resolve this matter fairly and promptly.Thank you for your assistance.

On June 6, 2024 I bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, serial # ***************** from this business for $9550.00. Before I took the vehicle they promised to mail the title to me. To start the vehicle each time, it had to be jumped because the battery was dead. While waiting for the said title, I made repairs to the vehicle, bought brand new battery, all totaling $1400.00. These repairs were being made to the vehicle because I wanted to ship it for use in *******When the title did not come as promised, and after several trips to the facility, numerous phone calls and text messages, I decided to return the vehicle. On July 23, 2024, they gave me a check for the purchase price ( $9550.00), but refused to pay for the cost of the repairs made on the vehicle.I want the money I spent fixing the vehicle back.

oooh thats the excuse that we using now? wow this is unreal as it appears that Mr. ***** and his boss feels that the laws of the ************* dont apply to them. I recall you personally telling that they were going to make me  wait longer for  me to get my money my back.  It has been 4 months and you had made your point. I had feeling after reading a few  reviews online that i was dealing with a pair of scumbags which is why went i called the cops on February 5, 2024  i asked officer ********************* who responded to your business to turn his cam on and on that video the employees on site confirm all my previous statements which is that i been giving the runout on the whereabout of my money for almost two months and your boss is jerk (their words not mine).  You should be  a shame of  yourself as  it really took two more months to respond to a legal complaint on the behavior of your company. You can rest assure that i will make sure you pay for all the pain and suffering that you had cause over the last 4 months. It's also a shame that company like this are being left to operate in predatory manner in the **********************. We live in a society with laws and regulation and if that wasnt the case one of us would be seriously hurt. You been making money with $6,800 for the last 4 months and that is not right .
