    Paid $16.95 for a personal background check on myself. They offer a sample of what you can expect for criminal records search and it appeared to be extensive. I checked off where I saw a list of some of the sites they search, but I did not think this might be the ONLY sites they search for information. I received a single report back which did not look anything like what they showed on their website as an example report. The report I received states that it should not be assumed that the information is current , complete or accurate. Why is this statement not on the website to see BEFORE I ordered the report? If I had seen this statement PRIOR to my order I would never have ordered it. I have multiple convictions and dismissals and only one showed on their report. They only offer an email contact for problems or concerns. I sent an email saying I wanted a refund because their report is seriously lacking. I have yet to receive a reply. I believe the
