Insurance express.com keeps emailing me MULTIPLE times a day telling me I am missing documents to proceed with my homeowners insurance. I already purchased homeowners insurance when closing on my home and its all settled and paid for. So this company is FALSELY telling me my home insurance isn't active and that documents AND payment otherwise my policy WILL BE CANCELLED. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? this is a SCAM trying to get money and then potentially leaving me with 2 policies to pay for... That's assuming even that part of what they are saying is legit. maybe they're just taking peoples money. They also HAVE and are referencing my actual policy number in the correspondence. What other personal information of mine did these people pirate from god knows where. I have reported the emails as spam. I have responded multiple times telling them to STOP contacting me ... and they just KEEP emailing me. I want it to stop. and it would be nicer if they were investigated to see if these practices are even legal. I don't see how it can be.

Ms. **** is a client of our agency, Insurance express.com as it states on her application. She stated we have the correct policy number,**************, because we are her agency. The policy was pending cancelation as she never signed the application. Our CS Dept., was making every effort to communicate the urgent need for the signed application.

As of this am she did sign the app and it was uploaded tot he ****ier on 9/5/23, her file is now in good standing.

Her agent Daniel M******, has attempted to call her and explain. I do recommend if she intended to keep this policy she add  @insurancdeexpress.com to her safe senders list.  We will only contact if there is an urgent issue with her file, as we were doing in this case.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I had asked someone i was working with to get the mortgage and when i showed them the email they had said it was SPAM and that I would receive tons of mail/correspondence like that and to be careful. They were obviously in fact wrong so I apologize. I just was being over cautious.

    Sincerely,

    ********* ****

I have received multiple unwanted communication call from this company. I did not inquire or request any information regarding "quotes" from any companies including LCN. I spoke with a gentleman name Leo M******* who claimed that i have LCN consent to call me. I am requesting tat written consent. The communication was unwanted, and was made without my express invitation, permission or consent. My number has been registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. As you are, or should be aware, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) makes it illegal to solicit sale to a cellular device, via call or text message. Again, by virtue of your multiple unwanted communication, you have violated multiple provision of the TCPA, and in so doing, exposed yourself to substantial statutory penalties

I am rejecting this response because I did not consent to, authorize nor benefit from this company. I have never done business with LCN or Insurance Express. This call was unwanted and was made without my prior consent. This company did not acknowledge the fact that my number is registered on the National Do Not Call list. The company stated that they have acquire an allege ip address. Please provide that. I am requesting that the company also provide a written consent that shows that I, the living consumer, gave them (LCN/INSURANCE EXPRESS) the permission to call.

    Sincerely,
