In August 2022, BBB Serving New Hampshire opened an investigation into Tactical Pro Reloads and Guns’ business practices. This investigation was prompted by a complaint alleging failure of the business to deliver purchased products. Both complaints against this business regard failure of the business to deliver purchased product(s) or refunds for undelivered products.
Additionally, it was discovered that the Federal Firearms License FFL is marked as Invalid/Expired by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Upon attempt to verify the FFL, this message was displayed by the ATF website:
“(T)here is a strong possibility that the FFL you are attempting to verify is invalid and/or this may be an attempt at a fraudulent transaction
You should not complete the transaction without first contacting ATF at 1-877-560-2435 for assistance.”The address of the business is a residential building, and the business is not registered with the Secretary of State. BBB Serving New Hampshire attempted to contact the company by phone, email and mail. An investigation letter was sent to the address on file which was returned as "Return to Sender, Attempted - Not Known". BBB attempted to contact the company by sending a Standard Business Questionnaire to the address on file in an attempt to get more information about the business's structure, but no response has been received.
