All purchases were made through PayPal and were made out to different personal accounts. Upon review of Tactical Pro Reloads and Guns website, it was found that the “blog post” section of their website is populated exclusively with articles copied verbatim from other firearms websites.
They cite a Federal Firearms License (FFL), though according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms records the license number provided is invalid.
There are also concerning statements on their website, “Place your order, and give us the opportunity to advice or serve you in a way that suits your legal or non-legal wants. We ship all over the states, and customers sometimes do not require any paper work to get a firearm with us. We also provide discreet shipping. We take a wide variety of payment methods for clients who wish to keep their identity discreet.” These statements seem to encourage buyers to gravitate toward their site to make potentially illegal or highly anonymous purchases.
BBB Serving New Hampshire attempted to reach the business and requested they address these issues, but the business did not respond. At this time there are many concerns evident with Tactical Pro Reloads and Guns, especially regarding customers’ loss of monies, the use of an invalid FFL, the plagiarism of articles from other firearm journal websites, and the insinuation of illegal firearm sales stated on their site.

In August 2022, BBB Serving New Hampshire opened an investigation
into Tactical Pro Reloads and Guns’ business practices. This
investigation was prompted by a complaint alleging failure of the business to
deliver purchased products. Both complaints against this business regard
failure of the business to deliver purchased product(s) or refunds for
undelivered products.
Additionally, it was discovered that the Federal Firearms License
FFL is marked as Invalid/Expired by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms
and Explosives (ATF). Upon attempt to verify the FFL, this message was
displayed by the ATF website:
“(T)here is a strong possibility that the FFL
you are attempting to verify is invalid and/or this may be an attempt at a
fraudulent transaction
You should not complete the transaction
without first contacting ATF at 1-877-560-2435 for assistance.”
The address of the business is a residential building, and the
business is not registered with the Secretary of State. BBB Serving New Hampshire attempted to contact the company by
phone, email and mail. An investigation letter was sent to the address on file which was returned as "Return to Sender, Attempted - Not Known". BBB attempted to contact the company by sending a Standard Business
Questionnaire to the address on file in an attempt to get more information
about the business's structure, but no response has been received.
Based on the information above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of this
business at this time.
