      Carlisle Wide Plank Floors distributes beautiful hardwood flooring at a high price point. I ordered custom flooring to be installed throughout my entire home (excluding the kitchen and bathrooms). The flooring is stunning; the experience ranks below very poor. The salesperson would not return my calls, promised delivery and then moved the delivery date out by 3 months, and did not call to inquire as to how I liked my flooring. I reached out to other Carlisle employees, first via email, then with phone calls, before I received a response. Most importantly, despite ordering Heirloom Grade, I was unable to use approximately 35% of the wood due to character grade quality, and as a result am unable to finish the installation in my home. Calls and emails about replacing the boards have been met with silence. If you are looking for wide plank expensive flooring, and can deal with a high percentage of character grade boards, maximum levels of frustration and total lack of customer service then Carlisle Wide Plank Floors may be the company for you.
