  I contracted with him for several years for plowing. Never a problem until last year. Last year he hired a new person who plowed up the wrong side of my driveway which pulled up cobble stones used as a retaining wall on the slope of my driveway. I called and complained. I asked him to notify new plower to do it correctly. The next storm, the new driver repeated the error and tore up new stones. Both times, instead of plowing snow into second driveway which is not used, but in the opposite direction and left a large snowbank behind my car. That was more snow than the inches left by the snowstorm itself. I called again, so he came over. He agreed to fix the stones in the spring. I have called several times in spring and summer, and received no response. Then he sent me a letter saying he would no longer plow for me, to find someone else. So the stones still sit there. I’m handicapped and can’t replace the stones myself. I’m frustrated by the lack of response.

  I reached out directly to the customer regarding her complaint and rearranged the stones that were dislocated during the last winter season.
