    Double charged me and refused to issue a refund over the phone or even investigate the charge. The girl at the cash register had an issue with the system when I was checking out. She called a manager over who said it didn't go through and redid the transaction. I didn't think anything of it and left, only to find I was double charged. I called about it and they refused to even hear me or investigate the situation, insisted I come there with the receipt, but I live two hours away. I offered to send them the receipt and show them the double charge in my account and they refused to even look at it, stating I had to come all the way there. The first guy I spoke to on the phone at around 1:30 PM was an absolute ***** about it, called me a ***** for being upset about the situation and refused to tell me his name. After hanging up on me several times ****** picked answered and also refused to resolve the situation. I want an explanation on the fraudulent charge.
