    Prieto Construction LLC or Westmoreland NH gave us a warranty of “5 Years Guarantee on Workmanship from Prieto Construction LLC” for a roof installation done in October 2021. Three weeks later, November 2021, I noticed several water stains on my white ceilings. Contacted Prieto Construction LLC (Daniel Prieto, Jenna Prieto, Isaac Prieto) with numerous emails and telephone calls in November and December 2021, stating that roof installation failed and caused leaks in the upstairs rooms - ceilings and walls. In the correspondence I asked them to look at the damage, see for themselves what the problem is and fix it. There were no leaks at all before the roof installation. The Prietos did not respond to any of the emails, calls, and letters. We sent USPS Certified Letters on November 20, 2021, December 21, 2021 and June 3, 2022, begging them to fix the problems, the certified letters were refused by Prietos and returned as undelivered. We’re hoping the BBB NH can encourage Prieto Construction LLC, for the sake of their reputation, to fix the damage they caused.
