    Service guy was friendly, but did not notice the tupperware of leaking water from the overflow valve or the high pressure that the boiler is operating at. A propane company was checking lines for a separate thing and they noticed this stuff right away and said they should have taken care of it. I called the Lawrence Brothers office and informed the owner of the company, who then called me a liar, said there would be no discount on any maintenance for coming back out, and literally call me a ***** on the phone, all because I asked about these issues that another company noticed in 5 seconds. We had used Lawrences Brothers for over 20 years and now we will never use them again. Unprofessional, rude, and just plain dangerous to ignore issues like this. They will not admit to any fault and will spew ** at you until you give in.
