I want everyone to know that NFC does not provide the promised events that they advertise to residents. So many times I would get on zoom for an event, just to be disappointed that no one would show up. Once I won a prize, I had to email about 10 times before I recieved it. Most recently, I won a trivia night they put on and I have yet to receive my gift card. I emailed them a reminder with no response, which is not uncommon with this company. I really wonder why the people who work there get paid because they do not respond to inquiries at all. For purposes of this filing, I am asking for my $25 gift card.

    Dear Better Business Bureau:

Thank you for sending this inquiry. NFC Amenity Management ("NFC") has immediately investigated. NFC has confirmed that Ms. ******************* is the recent winner of NFC's January 3, **** trivia night. Please be advised that some events held by NFC, including trivia night, are hosted by a third-party vendor. This vendor at times will notify NFC of event winners several days following the event. Once NFC is notified of a winner, NFC will then process a gift card. The gift card processing can take up to two (2) weeks from processing to delivery. In this case, Ms. *************************** a $25 amazon gift card. As per this investigation, it has been confirmed that the gift card was sent for processing, but there was an administrative error. The gift card was reprocessed today, January 12, ****. Ms. ******************* should receive this gift card between January 16 and January 19, ****, if not earlier. Please confirm if any additional steps are needed to be taken by NFC.

    Very truly yours,

    ***************************************
